Troy Johnston
Troy is a founder and operator. He built StackEasy.ai, which turns credit cards into 0% capital and keeps every balance, window and date on one screen, and runs it with more than 130 AI systems and no employees.
Before that: three exits. Foxbrim, an Amazon beauty brand he founded in 2014 and sold in 2017. Seller.Tools, an Amazon seller software company he co-founded, acquired by Carbon6 in 2022. And Neon Pulse, sold in 2025 [one line on what it did]. He stayed on as an M&A advisor at Carbon6 for four years across pipelines of 120 companies. Zon Spark installs that same operations layer inside ecommerce brands and digital acquirers.
At the studio he leads exit readiness, deal strategy and the systems work.
Los Silva
Los is a founder, investor and operator with twenty years of building and scaling businesses. He runs Silva & Co, where he helps owners turn AI into measurable profit through strategy, training and implementation, in plain English. He has built more than 80 AI agents. He also founded THE LABL, the growth agency behind the Agency door, with LABL Publishing, LABL AI and the AI Simple newsletter alongside it.
He started with a home automation company that cold-called its way into Ethan Allen, Disney and House of Blues, then built an agency across ads, email and funnels for service companies, personal brands and ecommerce. He hosts the free Orlando AI for Business meetup.
